  1. Each price listed on the website is only available with certain conditions and these prices may change depending on the availability of booking, length of booking and/or other factors.
  2. Available prices may include additional taxes and other charges, but undercertain circumstances it may not include taxes and other service charge (e.g. tips for tour guide, other facilities charges, if any).
  3. You agree that you are responsible for verifying the total cost to be paid and other terms and conditions and details when the confirmation email sent.
  4. We may offer lower prices and/or promotions from time to time. Please note that these may involve different conditions and requirements as it relates to booking and refund policies.

Changes and Modifications

  1. Please note that we reserve the right to:
    1. Change, modify, alter, adapt, add or remove any of the terms and conditions contained herein; and/or
    2. Change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of this Website.
  2. Cardmembers agree to access the www.indostars.co website to view the termsand conditions and to ensure they keep up-to-date with any changes orvariations to the terms and conditions herein.

Use of Your Personal Information

Please note that we will only use the personal information you provide through our Website only for purposes for which the personal information was originally requested, and for directly related purposes UNLESS we are required or authorised under law to disclose such personal information OR you give your written consent to allow disclosure of such personal information.
  2. We do not control the use of your personal information that you shared with our linked sites. Please be aware of their terms and conditions in this respect, if any.
  3. We will not sell your name and/or personal data to third parties and will not to do so in the future.

No Warranties

No warranty will be provided by Indostars Aviation Pte. Ltd. (Singapore), whether it is expressly or implied by any kind including but not limited to any implied warranties or implied terms of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. All such implied terms and warranties are hereby excluded.

Liability

By using our Website you agree that we will are not be liable under any circumstances, including negligence, for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the information and material contained in our Website or from your access to the linked sites described in clause 2 herein. We are also not liable nor responsible for any material provided by third parties with their own respective copyright and shall not under any circumstances, be liable for any loss, damages or injury arising from these materials. Our total liability (if any) for all damages, losses, costs and expenses under whatever cause of action, whether in contract, tort or otherwise will not exceed any amount paid by you for accessing ourWebsite.

The exclusions and limitations described herein shall apply only to the extent permitted by law, without prejudice to our rights to seek legal redress in accordance with the applicable laws.

These terms and conditions and this Website's Content shall be governed and construed in accordance with Malaysian laws, and the courts of Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute which may arise in relation thereto.

Ratings

  1. Indostars Aviation Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) does not make any representationsand should not be construed as making any recommendations or suggestion of the level of service quality or the rating of the vendors (who provide airlines, hotels or other travel services) listed on the website.
  2. Vendors may be introduced in the form of different classes based on factors including but not limited to their reviews, ratings or other factors, which can be updated or changed.
  3. The existing ratings are based on information given by third party such as vendors, suppliers or other review website. Indostars Aviation Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) do not verify the rating given and are therefore not responsible for the accuracy of the existing rating. We hereby declare denial of any claims, losses or liability with respect to the ratings shown onthe website.

Terms & Conditions for PACKAGE BOOKINGS – Flight + Hotel

  1. The meaning of “Package”in Indostars Aviation Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) is apre-arranged combination of at least two of the following services, whensold at an inclusive price covering a period of more than 24 hours or anovernight stay: flight, accommodation, transfers, excursions or sightseeingtours.
  2. The contract for a“Package”will only be formed when payment issuccessful by charging to a Credit Card and you have received an emailfrom us confirming acceptance of your booking. In addition to Conditions of carriage for passengers and baggage, (see Flight section) your contractwill also be subject to Conditions of the Package set out below.
  3. In the event that your Flight + Hotel booking could not be confirmed, a fullrefund will be credited back into your credit card.
  4. After a successful payment you will receive a confirmation e-mail withdetails of your booking number, flight booking number, flight ticketnumbers and a hotel booking number. Please print out the email and thevoucher and ensure the printouts are with you at all times as proof ofpurchase.
  5. You will also have to present the confirmation email/voucher upon check-inat the hotel. If you do not present the confirmation email/voucher, youmay be charged, or hotel may refuse to check you in.
  6. The airline tickets are sent to you will be electronic tickets i.e. e-tickets.So, when checking in for your flight, please provide a valid personalidentification.
  7. Please be advised that all components within the package have to beused. In the event you do not show up for your flight or fail to check-in atthe hotel without advising us in advance, your“Package”will be deemednull and void and no refunds will be provided.
  8. If the flights delayed or cancelled, Indostars Aviation Pte. Ltd. (Singapore)shall not be responsible for the hotel property. Indostars Aviation Pte. Ltd.(Singapore) will refer the hotel segment to respective properties.
  9. Cancellation & Refund
    1. Airlines cancellation or amendment will not be entertained.
    2. The Hotel booking is Non-Refundable and cannot be amended ormodified. Failure to arrive at your hotel at the mentioned date willbe treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Hotel policy).
  10. You hereby agree that Indostars Aviation Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) is notobligated to refund any monies paid to purchase the“Package”in theevent that you are not able to completely utilise your“Package”for anyreasons.
  11. Refunds will not be given for any unused part of the package or on/afteroriginal start date of your trip.
  12. Your contract is also bound by the following terms on “Hotels Bookings”.They will be applied and will govern the components related to hotel stay /purchase.

Terms & Conditions for FLIGHT BOOKINGS

  1. Your contract for a“Flight Booking”will only be formed when payment issuccessful by charging to a Credit Card and you have received an emailfrom us confirming acceptance of your booking
  2. In the event that your flight booking cannot be confirmed a full refund willbe credited back into your credit card.
  3. After successful payment you will receive a confirmation e-mail withdetails of your booking number and flight booking number and flight ticketnumbers. Please print out the email and the voucher and ensure theprintouts are with you at all times as proof of purchase.
  4. The airline tickets sent to you are electronic tickets i.e. e-tickets. Whenchecking in for your flight, please provide a valid personal identification.
  5. Please be advised that all components within the booking must be used. Inthe event you do not show up for your flight or fail to check-in at theairport without advising us in advance, your“Flight Booking”will bedeclared null and void and no refunds will be given.
  6. Indostars Aviation Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) will not be held responsible for, orthe failure to inform you of, any cancellation of your flights, or changes inyour flight schedule.
  7. Cancellation & Refund
    1. Airlines cancellation or refundable is not allowed.
    2. Any Amendment or Modification is strictly not allowed.
  8. You hereby agree that Indostars Aviation Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) is notobligated to refund any money paid to purchase the“Flight Booking”inthe event that you are not able to completely utilise your“FlightBooking”for any reasons.
  9. Also note that no refunds will be made for any unused part of the bookingor on/after original start date of your trip.

Terms & Conditions for HOTEL BOOKINGS

  1. A contract between you and a hotel is only accepted when payment issuccessful by charging to a Credit card and you have received aconfirmation email from either Indostars Aviation Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) or arelevant third-party supplier).
  2. In the event that your Hotel booking cannot be confirmed full refund willbe credited back into your Credit card.
  3. After successful payment you will receive a confirmation e-mail withdetails of your booking number and Hotel reservation number. Please printout the email and the voucher and keep it with you at all times as proof ofpurchase.
  4. Upon acceptance of your booking we will send you a confirmation email.You should print out the confirmation email/voucher and present uponcheck in at the hotel. You won’t be allowed to check in without theconfirmation letter/ voucher or may be charged directly if you fail topresent the confirmation letter/voucher.
  5. Cancellation & Refund.
    1. Hotel cancellation or refund is not allowed.
    2. Any Amendment or Modification is strictly no allowed.
  6. If the hotel becomes unavailable after confirmation, we will then relocateyou to another hotel of the same category for accommodation. If you donot accept the alternative accommodation, the booking will beautomatically cancelled, and the contract becomes null and void. We willthen refund any fees directly connected with the booking of that particularhotel only.
  7. Any complains / shortcomings pertaining to your stay at the hotel must bemade known to the hotel authorities immediately and not after your stayperiod. Indostars Aviation Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) will not be held liable forany unpleasant experiences during your stay. You will not be entitled toany refund or compensation if complains are directed to Indostars AviationPte. Ltd. (Singapore).
  8. We will not be liable to you due to our inability to fulfil the booking byreason of any fire, earthquake, flood, substantial snowstorm, epidemic,explosion, strikes, riot, civil disturbance, war, any failure or delay of anytransportation, power or communications system or any similar eventswhich are beyond our control or control of hotel or other service supplier.
  9. Hotel star ratings are given on a non-binding impression of the quality ofeach hotel. These are ratings advised by the hotels themselves and neednot necessarily be the official local ratings. Please take note that ratingstandards can vary between hotels of the same class in different countries,and even in the same country. Indostars Aviation Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) willnot be held accountable for misrepresentation of hotel ratings.
  10. Images, amenities, facilities and descriptions are provided to give generalinformation about the property. Whilst we endeavour to ensure thatproperty amenities, facilities and descriptions are accurate and current,information obtained from our Travel Suppliers does not necessarilyrepresent the actual. Images of room types do not necessarily representthe bed configuration of the room being purchased.
  11. At time of booking, all special requests like non-smoking rooms /adjoining / interconnecting will be made known to the hotel. Theserequests are subject to availability. Disabled rooms usually havewheelchair access but might not necessarily include features for theseriously disabled.
  12. Hotels renovation will be made from time to time and they will take allpossible steps to limit disruption to their guests. No refunds will be given ifyou do not wish to stay at a hotel that is undergoing renovations.
  13. Check in hours for hotels may differ from one to another. Triple and quadrooms may consist twin or double bed or beds plus extra bed, or twodouble beds. In some hotels, all triple rooms are doubles with an extrabed. Most hotels do not have one full size bed for each guest in their tripleor quad rooms. If an extra bed is required, additional charges may beapplied which should be paid directly to the hotel.
  14. Customer may request for separate beds upon reservation; however, theseparate beds depends on availability. Triples and quads are not made upof single beds, they will generally contain two double beds. Most hotelscannot add additional beds to make a triple or quad but rollaway bed maybe available for an additional charge. Some hotel does not includebreakfast on extra bed.
  15. Bookings cannot be made under a fictitious name/s to hold a space. If youdo not book with your actual name, you may be denied check in and youmay be asked to rebook with additional charges.
  16. All quoted rates are per stay and inclusive of service charges andgovernment taxes. Tourism Tax in not included.
  17. If child supplement shows as N/A (not allowed or non-applicable), bookingsshould be made for a triple room and will be charged at the full rate forthree adults. Child supplements can only be added to the twin or doubleroom rate to obtain the price for a room with two adults and one child. Thesupplements will apply to children between the ages of 2- 12 years (unlessa different age range is specified and various from country and hotel).Child supplements will not be available if the child’s age is not specified atthe time of booking and we will charge for three adults in a triple room ifthis information is not supplied.
  18. Cots/cribs for babies are only suitable for those aged under 2 years. Whilecots may show as available at the time of booking, they are subject toavailability upon check in. In some hotels no additional bedding is provided for a child where the child is either free or at a reduced price andbreakfast may be charged for the child on departure. If a child requires abed of their own, you must request a triple and no child discount will apply.
  19. If a hotel levies an energy surcharge, a resort fee or a local telephoneservice charge and damages, you are obligated to pay such chargesdirectly to the hotel.
  20. Please note that some cities charge local Tourism tax which is payable byyou directly to the hotel upon check in.
  21. Most hotels require a major credit card to be provided upon check in tocover incidentals. In the absence of credit cards, a cash deposit may berequired. Hotels will have the right to deny check in if you do not produceany credit card nor cash for this purpose. All extras incurred by you mustbe paid directly to the hotel before departure; we will not be liable for yourpersonal hotel charges.
  22. Hotel will collect a Refundable security upon check in and will be refundedupon check out. The amount is determined by the hotel either by cash orcredit card.

Terms & Conditions for TOUR BOOKINGS

  1. “Tour Booking” service by Indostars Aviation Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) is a pre-arranged service, sold at an inclusive price covering a period of more than24 hours or an overnight stay: accommodation, transfers, excursions orsightseeing tours.
  2. Your “Tour Booking” contract is formed when payment is successful bycharging to a Credit Card and you have received an email from usconfirming acceptance of your booking
  3. In the event that your Tour booking cannot be confirmed full refund will becredited back into your Credit card.
  4. After successful payment you will receive a confirmation e-mail withdetails of your booking. Please print out the email and the voucher andensure the printouts are always with you as proof of purchase and to bepresented to the Tour agent.
  5. Please be advised that all components within the package must be used.In the event you do not show up, your “Tour Booking” will be treated asnull and void and no refunds will be accorded.
  6. Cancellation & Refund
    1. No Cancellation and Refund will be entertained.
    2. No Amendment or Modification will be entertained.
  7. You hereby agree that Indostars Aviation Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) is notobligated to refund any monies paid to purchase the “Tour Booking” in theevent that you are not able to completely utilise your “Tour Booking” forany reasons.
  8. Changes to your “Tour Booking” is allowed, if you agree to bear anyadditional charges / penalties imposed by the operators that is applicableduring the time the changes were made.
  9. No refunds can be made for any unused part of the tour package oron/after original start date of your trip.
  10. Your contract is also bound by the terms and condition on individual tourpackage itinerary as specified.

Terms & Conditions for TRANSFER BOOKINGS

  1. “Transfer Booking” service is provided by Indostars Aviation Pte. Ltd.(Singapore) is a pre-arranged service, that is sold at an inclusive pricecovering a period of more than 24 hours or an overnight stay:accommodation, transfers, excursions or sightseeing tours.
  2. Your contract for a “Transfer Booking” is formed when payment issuccessful by charging to a Credit Card and you have received an emailfrom us confirming acceptance of your booking.
  3. If your Transfer booking cannot be confirmed, then a full refund will becredited back into your Credit card.
  4. After successful payment you will receive a confirmation e-mail withdetails of your Transfer booking. Please print out the email and thevoucher and ensure the printouts are always with you as proof of purchaseand to be presented to the Transfer agent.
  5. Please be advised that all components within the booking must be used. Inthe event you do not show up, your “Transfer Booking” will be treated asnull and void and no refunds will be accorded.
  6. Cancellation & Refund
    1. No Cancellation and Refund will be entertained.
    2. No Amendment or Modification will be entertained.
  7. You hereby agree that Indostars Aviation Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) is notobligated to refund any monies paid to purchase the “Transfer Booking” inthe event that you are not able to completely utilise your “TransferBooking” for any reasons.
  8. Changes to your “Transfer Booking” is allowed if you agree to bear anyadditional charges / penalties imposed by the operators that is applicableat time of change.
  9. No refunds can be made for any unused part of the transfer booking oron/after original start date of your trip.
  10. Your contract is also bound by the terms and condition on individualTransfer booking as specified.
